Evidence shows that our collective mental health has taken a toll during the Covid-19. According to WHO, some countries have reported a three-fold increase in the prevalence of the symptoms of depression in adults and young adults. Resilience used to be a "good to have" skill, preparing us for the unknown and preventing mental health difficulties. With the unknown now the new normal, facing a loss of meaning and the current wave of "great resignation", resilience has been upgraded to a "must have" quality, indispensable
at university and in the workplace.

This presentation will help you to develop coping strategies and decision-making skills that can be used under stressful environmental conditions, in order to thrive and prosper rather than simply survive in the face of inevitable difficulties and uncertainties.
It will also help you identify your 'resilience muscles' based on your strengths, social support networks, positive emotions, and previous resilience experiences.
