Tonight’s menu has been created by Development Chef James, bringing together over 22 years of culinary experience. From Michelin-starred kitchens to leading high-volume hospitality events, James combines classic techniques with modern presentation, creating dishes rooted in seasonal ingredients and comforting British flavours. His cooking focuses on farm-to-table sourcing, thoughtful menu development and bold, honest flavours, blending traditional influences with contemporary style.
