Evolve

  • Free, Weekly, Social Fitness Sessions.

  • Join us every week from Monday to Thursday for fun, inclusive fitness sessions.

  • All levels are welcome — no prior experience needed. Sessions are held on campus in the Evolve Studio (T006), with Cardio Tennis taking place at the Reid Hall Tennis Court.

  • Sessions are avalible to book every Friday Afternoon, for the following week.

  • No matter your ability, there’s a class for you to enjoy!

SCULPT

A dynamic session blending elements of Yoga, Pilates and Strength Training. Optional hand weights are used to intensify the workout. Modifications are provided throughout to suit all levels.

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist. This session  is open to anyone - all ages and abilities! Music, cardio & people. You’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class, build up your skills and work up a sweat.

A low-impact workout designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body from the inside out. Using high-rep sequences and precise, form-focused holds, you’ll fire up your core, improve posture, and develop strength.

Meditative Relaxation is the balancing of energy so that your body feels revitalised, your emotions calm and your mind clear, you can also reduce tension and gain wellbeing. It also gives you a chance to discover and deepen your sense of self.
