EVOLVE

  • Weekly Sessions every Monday - Thursday 

  • All levels are welcome to the classes and there is no experience necessary 

  • All sessions take place on Campus in the Evolve Studio (T006) and Cardio Tennis will take place on Reid Hall Tennis court

BREATHWORK

12:00pm - 12:30pm

Restorative Breathwork will help you to relieve stress using tools that you can learn and work into your own routines.

MEDITATION

12:30pm - 1:00pm

Meditation is a simple guided meditation for connection to self and  relaxation. Sessions will guide you through themes of manifestation and more!

YOGA SCULPT

1:00pm - 2:00pm

This class is strong, powerful and dynamic. Expect to be put through your paces as we sweat, flow and breathe together. Involving elements of Yoga, Pilates and strength work training.

PILATES

5:15pm - 6:15pm

Pilates sessions will guide you through a variety of exercises that are designed to tone your body. 

The sessions will help you to become stronger and healthier - with fun along the way!

Dance Class

CARDIO DANCE

6:15pm - 7:15pm

A hybrid of dance choreography and cardio exercises set to music, creating a heart-pumping workout to keep your body in constant motion. It's the type of exercise that feels more like a party!

MEDITATIVE RELAXATION

1:30pm - 2:00pm

Meditative Relaxation is the balancing of energy so that your body feels revitalised, your emotions calm and your mind clear, you can also reduce tension and gain wellbeing. It also gives you a chance to discover and deepen your sense of self.

Cardio Boxing is a fun, high intensity boxing class for all abilities. Join professional boxing coach Ramon to improve endurance, agility, strength and power.

STRENGTH & TONE

5:15pm - 6:15pm

Using your body for resistance, challenge all fitness levels with a focus on full body applications. Bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times working both in groups and individually.

FORM & FOCUS

6:15pm - 7:15pm

Form & Focus is the workout designed to specifically target a different muscle group each week. You will work through lower or upper body exercises aimed at developing your strength, technique, range of motion and your fitness. 

WEDNESDAY

WELLBEING WEDNESDAYS

12:00pm - 2:00pm

A time to focus on your health and wellbeing. A new activity each week from; journalling to wellbeing walks and watercolour workshops. A space to break from your studies. Keep your eyes peeled on the Student Union Instagram to find out more.

Explore a different style of dance each week, from jazz to contemporary to lyrical! Find your form of creative expression through physical movement.
