MONDAY
PILATES
5:15pm - 6:15pm
The pilates sessions that will guide you through a variety of exercises that are designed to tone your body.
The sessions will help you to become stronger and healthier - with fun along the way!
All levels are welcome to the classes and there is no experience necessary.
TUESDAY
SWEAT BOXING
4:30pm - 5:30pm
Sweat Boxing is a fun, high intensity boxing classes for all abilities.
Come and join professional boxing coach Ramon with our on campus sweat boxing class.
Here you will improve endurance, agility, strength, power, and most of all it will enhance your mood!
TUESDAY
MEDITATIVE RELAXATION
1:30pm - 2:00pm
Meditative Relaxation is the balancing of energy so that your body feels revitalised, your emotions calm and your mind clear.
Through meditative relaxation, you can reduce tension and gain wellbeing. It also gives you a chance to discover and deepen your sense of self.

BEGINNERS YOGA
5:15pm - 6:15pm
This beginner yoga class is a class for those new to yoga or want a more gentle approach. Taking the students through postures at a slower pace with more guidance on how to do each pose correctly. Come and join Aimee to check in with your body and mind, improve your balance and develop your fitness level.
THURSDAY
STRONGER FLOW YOGA
6:15pm - 7:15pm
The stronger flow yoga classes are for those students wanting a slightly more challenging flo that invites more play and strength. Come and join Aimee to check in with your body and mind, improve your balance and develop your fitness level.
