About the Event

This University Mental Health Day, take 90 minutes just for you.


Join us for a lyrical jazz and contemporary-inspired dance workshop designed to create space for self-expression, movement and mental reset. Whether you’ve never danced before or haven’t in years, this session is completely beginner-friendly and welcoming to all.


We’ll start with an easy-to-follow warm-up to gently get you moving, before flowing into an expressive dance sequence set to music. The session will finish with calming stretches and relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed and reconnected.


It isn’t about perfection- it’s simply about moving your body, moving energy and releasing stress!
