About the Role
As the Marketing Officer, you’ll make sure Regent’s students are always in the loop. From posters to digital campaigns, you’ll be the creative behind the Student Union’s visual assets and promotional materials together with the VP of Communications. Your work helps keep students informed, connected, and engaged with everything the SU and University are doing.

Work closely with the relevant Vice President in weekly meetings.

Attend the weekly Executive Meetings and share your thoughts about SU and University Initiatives.

Support the SU and the SU President in their aims and objectives to promote the welfare of all students on campus.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented student who enjoys design, communication, and keeping people informed. You don’t have to be a professional designer, but being organised, committed, great with deadlines, good with visuals and interested in clear communication is key. If you like sharing information in fun and engaging ways and want to support the student community through your creativity, this role could be perfect for you.
What is this role about?
Creating and managing posters, flyers and other visual materials for campaigns and events
Making sure students always have access to the right information when they need it
Planning and delivering at least three improvements in how the SU communicates with students (e.g. surveys, feedback boxes, Q&As)
Designing "after event" content using quotes and material provided by the Campaigns & Promotion Officer
Protecting the Student Union’s brand and working with the SU President, VP of Communications, and the University branding team to ensure consistency across all materials
Attending SU Executive Team meetings
Taking part in SU activities like Induction Week, Fresher’s Fair, and Open Days
