Join us for a workshop led by qualified business psychologists, helping you gain valuable insights into psychometric testing.This will be useful for anyone interested in aceing psychometric tests, from psychologists to business majors preparing for assessment centres. The session will be delivered online and covers three parts.  By signing up you will receive your results after the session sent to your email for your personal use. 

Part 1 – Presentation

The presentation covers:

• What are psychometric tests?

• Why employers use them?

• What methods do they use?

• Effectiveness of selection tools.

• Hints & tips on how to do well.

Part 2 – Psychometric testing

Experience taking an actual psychometric test, for example, diagrammatic reasoning, abstract reasoning, spatial reasoning, verbal comprehension, numerical ability etc.

Part 3 – Feedback on psychometric test scores

Students will receive individual feedback via email from a Business Psychologist on their test results and recommendations on what to do to improve their test scores.
