Being connected to others is essential for humans, but during the past year it’s been harder than ever to keep those physical, emotional and social connections alive.

Talking can make us feel connected so next time you’re feeling lonely, pick up the phone. The person you call may need it just as much as you.

Don't forget you can also chat with Student Support & Welfare and that we can arrange free and confidential counselling

• The Student Union at Regent’s has lots of different Societies and Activities to help you meet people with similar interests. If there isn’t a Society that interests you yet, why not start your own?
