TRY OUT THESE 7 EASY STEPS TO PREPARE 6 DELICIOUS DOUGHNUTS

1/2Â TSP Â Â BAKING POWDER Â Â Â Â
1/8 TSP Â Â BAKING SODA
1/8 TSP   SALT​​​
50G Â Â Â Â CASTER SUGAR
40 ML    YOGHURT ​​    Â
40ML    MILK​​​ Â
2 TBLS Â Â Â VEGETABLE OIL
1.- PREPARE:
PREHEAT THE OVEN Â 180 C/ GAS MARK 4
LINE A BAKING TRAY WITH BAKEWELL PAPER OR USE A SILICON RING DOUGHNUT (MOULD SILICON DOUGHNUT MOLDS EBAY £4/6)
​​USE A FOOD BAG WITH THE CORNER SNIPPED OFF TO MAKE A PIPING BAG
2.- CREATE THE MIXTURE:
MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A Â BOWL
MIX THE WET INGREDIENTS IN ANOTHER BOWL
COMBINE THE TWO BOWLS INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL
3.- ADD YOUR PERSONAL TOUCH:
YOU CAN MAKE THE DOUGHNUTS ANY FLAVOUR: COCOA POWDER, LEMON /LIME ZEST, FRESH RASPBERRIES, TOASTED NUTS, FREEZE DRIED FRUIT POWDERS, COFFEE, ANYFLAVOUR COMBO YOU WANT.
*IF NECESSARY ADD A LITTLE MORE OIL AND MILK AS FLOURS/INGREDIENTS VARY IN STRENGTH
4.- CREATE YOUR DOUGHNUTS WITH ANY OF THESE TWO METHODS:
FILL THE PIPING BAG WITH THE MIXTURE, AND FILL EACH RING MOULD; OR
PIPE CIRCLES ON A BAKING TRAY COVERED IN BAKEWELL PAPER, TO KEEP THE HOLE Â IN THE CENTRE USE CARD COVERED WITH GREASED FOIL OR USE A METAL BOTTLE TOP.
5.- BAKE THEM:
PLACE THEM IN THE OVEN FOR 8/10 MINS
6.- CHECK IF THEY ARE READY:
DON’T OVERBAKE AS THE DOUGHNUTS WILL BE HARD
A SKEWER Â SHOULD COME OUT CLEAN WHEN PUSHED INTO THE MIXTURE
7.- DECORATE THEM:
LET THEM COOL ON A WIRE Â RACK AND DECORATE WITH PIPED FLAVORED ICING OF YOUR CHOICE & Â SPRINKLE WITH Â NUTS, SUGAR STRANDS, CHOCOLATE OR CHOPPED FUDGE.
